Thanks for the info Spud. Some yummy recipies there for smoothies. I guess you could even have them as dips as well. I'll definately try these out with the mango being the first one. I just love mangos.
I use to chop up and boil carrots, pumkin and broccoli with beef mince or chicken in a large pot, let it cool then put it in a blender. I would then mix them up and serve into ice cube trays for freezing. I found this an excellent way of preparing a weeks worth of baby food when my kids were babies. I would also do the same for fruit meals, by boiling up apples and pears, chop up some banana and away they went into the blender as well. They loved it, as did I and would usually eat what they had left over.
