Thank you very much TN2, the photo on the left is the one we get around here. I am definitely going to try this one, I have some nice big plants at the back of the hostel, and I used to just compost them, but now they are going to make their way to the dinner table:)
We have a lot of wild fennel, salt bush (very tasty), and several seaweeds around this area as well. There are several bush foods, that the local Ngungar people also know of, and use.
Its great to be able to learn what is in your local area, as you just never know when its knowledge you made need.
