Thank you for the info. Sounds like pretty bad stuff. As I mentioned, my water department said that we do not have chloramine so that is one thing I do not have to worry about.

I plan to use the filter as was recommended. Other than that I do not think this is much else I can do. It may not be perfect water but it is better than what I am drinking now!

I am still trying to decide what distiller I am going to get. I am leaning toward the Nutriteam.
