Actually, if you read the recipe carefully, the Vitamin C is Rosehips powder (as natural as you can get).

I specifically suggested NO SOY.

As far as whey protein powder, that can be eliminated. I for one like it.

The vitamins are listed as optional. If you eliminate the whey protein, rest is completely natural.
