Actually, if you read the recipe carefully, the Vitamin C is Rosehips powder (as natural as you can get). Of course it is - if you noticed, I didn't comment on the truly natural ingredients of 'energy drink'.
I specifically suggested NO SOY. So this >>>1 tsp or more of lecithin granules (do research - another superfood!)<<< would be "NO SOY"? Non-organic, GMO soy lecithin is what 'lectithin granules' are (unless of course, you're paying the big bucks for egg yolk lecithin (which I assume you would have mentioned). An unfermented isolate of GM soy is not "superfood" :( And "Concentrace minerals" ('dead' minerals without their natural co-factors & enzymes) are anything but "natural" (the chapters/links in my original post showed the possible harm & stress on the body of ingesting isolated minerals). So this >>>If you eliminate the whey protein, rest is completely natural. <<< isn't the case at all :(
As far as whey protein powder, that can be eliminated. I for one like it. I wasn't commenting on what you "like", only your "recipe & recommendation" (and implication this chemical concoction of yours was somehow healthy & natural and you were suggesting it for others on this forum). Your Muscle Milk - image below- is not even 'whole' dried whey powder (rather, it's a whey isolates based product), and also contains non-organic soy GMO lecithin (as well as non-organic whey isolates, which is 'by default - based on the price', GM as well, because of cows being fed GM grains - not to mention all the chemicals, antibiotics and GM-hormones they're injected with), throw in dozens of synthetic chemicals, GM canola oil and non-organic "other", and you certainly do NOT end up with "Natural" (as the name implies). In fact, unless the Stevia is 'ground leaf' (and not 'processed' to be white powder & void of it's natural co-factors), there's absolutely NO natural ingredient in the whole thing.
The vitamins are listed as optional. If you eliminate the whey protein, rest is completely natural. No, it is not natural...the ONLY ingredients that are natural are the Maca, Cacao, Rosehips & Goji berries
>>>Please read before you comment.<<< Seriously? (that's just a silly-ridiculous comment). It's quite obvious I did a lot Of reading before I commented. Because I was concerned that you were one of the millions with a true heart for 'natural health & healing' that had fallen prey to the typical "alternative market scams" (based on your chemical-isolate-shake recommendation/post), I read EVERY label of every product you mentioned, snagged pictures, edited them, uploaded them, and took over an hour composing your post (respectful and very informative -with links to information that backed up what I was sharing). My sole intent was to be informative & helpful; my apologies if anything I said was offensive. I feel it's my responsibility as owner of a Natural Healing forum to share the facts with people that don't seem to know the difference between 'natural & synthetic' (and the harm of GM frankenfoods and other isolates). Rather than just posting "go away, your post includes all kinds of synthetic crap & toxins, and we don't do that here!", I opted to offer solid information (that would provide knowledge both to you and to anyone else that might be reading).
Again, you're always welcome to post here if you have helpful information to share about natural substances, products & natural health (and/or ask questions); we're all here to help & support each other while learning, unlearning and healing...in the most positive, respectful way we can :)
