I think that would be a good way to take it, but I do take mine in the form of pills as my Natural-path recommended it that way.
I don't know if it's over kill because I don't know what else is in the lotion but if there is anything toxic in there, I wouldn't be using DMSO to have it absorb into my skin like that. I think I'd rather that DMSO on it's own instead.
