Two curios:

Beet leaves are not mentioned. Highly recommended here.

Other beets? for example White, Yellow and my favourite sugar beets. Sugar beet leaves are wonderful as are the roots.

Also the chards particularly the red variety. Does you know if the leaves have similar properties? - Not cooked of course.
