Maybe I should start with a sample? I think the ½ ounce sample would 5 teaspoon doses, right?

I have some 1/2 bottles so when I read your question I went and filled one up with water to test it.  You can't compare the droppersful on the 1/2 oz. sample bottles to the 2 & 4 oz. droppers because they are so much smaller.  But I did fill the bottle and I poured out 3 full teaspoons and maybe about 5 drops and the bottle was empty.  So, we can consider the 1/2 oz. sample bottle as holding 3 teaspoons.

Just in case you didn't know, the reason Uny has the 1/2 oz. sample bottles is in case a person has extreme food reactions and wants to make sure the tincture would be ok for them, another example would be the sedative tinctures because what works for one might not work as well for another.  The 1/2 sample bottles do not contain enough tincture to be of any healing benefit, they're only for a trial.
