Re: One Question to add
Hi Jackie,
I'm so sorry it took me so long to post this, I've meant to do it as soon as I saw your post but I guess life got in the way lol!
Willow mentioned to me that she uses B&B tincture as a sleep aide. Can you tell me a little about this and if you think I should try it as well as the Lady's Slipper? If possible, I think it might be good to have more than one sleep thing to try. That way I can try and stay away from the pharmaceuticals and the melatonin. Sorry to ask another question but I wanted to get your thoughts before I ordered.
Since I saw your post I've been reading everything I could get my hands on by Dr. Christopher and for the life of me I can't find where Dr. Christopher mentioned B & B helping with sleep. It must be on one of his CDs I have but I just don't have the time to listen to them all right now. Take my word for it, he did mention it and it sure does work extremely well for me in regards to promoting sleep. There are several nerve herbs in the formula which is why it works well for me I guess.
Something you'll come to know on your natural healing journey is that what works for one might now work or work as well for the other. The formula is the same but our bodies are all different. Just a quick example for you. I take the Lobelia tincture almost everyday and it doesn't make me sleepy at all but Uny tells me that when she takes the Lobelia tincture it makes her sleepy. It's the same formula but two different bodies.
I have a feeling that Uny is going to recommend the B & B tincture for you so I don't think you'll have to worry about ordering it just for sleeping but since you'll have it you could try it for that. I agree, it's always good to have more than one option on hand. And YES, I also agree that you want to stay away from the pharmaceuticals at all costs lol!
Be sure and let us know when you get your order if the B & B worked for you for sleep.
Let me add that I am astonished that someone wants to gift me $100 toward a water distiller. I have been so affected by all that you have done and continue to do for me. I do not even know how fully express my gratitude to you. In addition during the short time I have been posting several people on the forum have already touched me with their kindness and input. Including but certainly not limited to Willow, Water, Blueciel, and even your husband. Now a complete stranger has come along and through their action has blessed me more than just financially. It is one thing for a friend, family member or even an acquaintance to do such a thing but someone that does not even know me but has just read my posts? What an example of selflessness! There is so much more I wish I could say but I am not sure I could find the words to express my gratitude. So thank you to the person who has blessed me by their generosity and thoughtfulness.
I'm in complete agreement with what you say about this forum in the paragraph above. We have all been blessed to have found a place where we can come to learn how to heal ourselves naturally, a place of support and of true caring about people. I think we're a great bunch of people (if I do say so myself lol) who love our fellow man and want to pay it forward when we've been blessed. It's a wonderful thing to see it in action!!!!! I'm so happy you're going to have your pure water!
Thanks for sharing that with us Jackie!
Blessings,
Willow
