Probably not candida - I have a similar story
Two years ago I caught a bad "flu" and I started breaking out in
Psoriasis within weeks. It became very bad and I did all the things you did (supplements, etc.). Nothing really helped. I kept researching because I was convinced it was a microbe assaulting my immune system. After all, why should this happen so quickly? After 2 years, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and also have a marker for walking pneumonia. I probably had undiagnosed Lyme, then--when I got the "flu", it was the last straw. My immune system was too taxed. I am now on
Antibiotics and--in 10 days--the
Psoriasis is fading quickly. My doctor has me on a plan to kill the microbes, yet build my immune system at the same time. I must say that most important is Methyl b-12, CoQ10, omegas and liver support (because the toxins are released and it's difficult). I feel great. Bottom line is this: if this happened quickly, something is stressing your immune system and the liver has turned it over to another organ: your skin. And the gut becomes disfunctional, so you're not getting nutrients. You need to get tested for any infection that you are harboring. Otherwise, it's very difficult to fight this off. Best of luck--I hope you do as well as I did...finally!
By the way, if you get a "flu" and you don't improve after 7-8 days, then see a doctor. Walking pneumonia seems very similar, but you can't recover that quickly and fatigue sets in. If you don't get treated, the infection just harbors and it's very dangerous.
