Alright, searing is a good start.
I started out that way.
Lessening the seconds of searing every day.
Until I didn't feel the need to.
Then you got to no condiments.
So you will learn the taste of nutrition, taste of real food.
You will then regain your human instincts of what it is you actually need or wish to eat.
No condiments is the next holy grail.
Just to let you know I did that pepzin gi thing and I don't think it helped me.
