Re: shingles question

Getting shingles 6 years ago was a wake up call for me. LIke your husband I was very stressed and getting over a death in the family. At the time I did alot of reading on shingles and was encouraged to read in one article that overcoming shingles is in many cases the body's second and final successful attempt at suppressing the herpes virus. I have found this to be true as have had no HPV flares of any kind since the shingles outbreak and prior to the shingles also had suffered with recurrent coldsores.

If your husband maintains his health, keeps his stress as low as he can and does regular clean ups such as keeping parasite and fungi loads down, he shouldn't need a vaccine at all imv.
