Re: chromium polynicotinate

How does one know what one's inflammation levels are in one's circulatory system? If cholesterol is not an indicator of heart disease risk, then how can it be measured?

There are inflammatory markers such as C-reactive protein (CRP), and they can check for homocysteine levels that are a leading cause of arterial inflammation.
