Garlic contains inulin and sulfer

Inulin feeds good bacteria and sulfer pulls out heavy metals.
Also biting insects wont bite someone with garlic in their system.

to me it sounds like a win win.

the brain wave changes may be from gas from the inulin (does other inulin foods make the same brain changes or the heavy metal detox.

to say it wipes out good bacteria and not even mention its a prebiotic to me seems to be distortive.
