Re: Absolutely!
If you look on the top of the curezone homepage, you'll see lil tiny links underlined listed horizontally across the screen. In the middle, you'll see Cleansing. Click on that and you'll get the official curezone recommended protocols, in order. I've done some of it and am well researched in some areas of personal interest but not in others. I'd say read that and keep doing what you're doing - reading and learning. If you want to get healthier, that's a good way to start. It recommends a
parasite cleanse at some point, and while I did paragon first, I didn't like it whereas I'm a big fan of Humaworm. (I hate drinking gross stuff... save that for liver flushes!)
The
Liver Flush Forum is a good place to learn about liver flushes. The official protocol has some extra "info" that sounds a bit hokey... perhaps personal theorizing overload by the good doc, but the basic stuff is sound I do believe from my reading. Just as a preview,
Liver Flushing removes green rocks of cholesterol from your system... er something like that. Yuck! Happy reading and happy cleansing. :)
