No..either do a Colon Cleanse first OR do a combo. Humaworm also sells a Colon Cleanse and tells you how to do both at the same time.


I know the cleansing link states to do parasites first but..

But it doesn't make much sense if you're colon isn't being cleansed as well because it's just going to flush the parasites into your colon and not clean you out. If you're bowels are backed up and you're not regular.. it's pointless and you won't feel that great.
