I need help. On day 9 and 10 I had to basically sleep ALL day!! I am so weak I can barely move! Is this ok? Is there anything I can do to make it possible to get up at all? I read so much about people having all this energy and I cant even imagine walking to my front door!! I really wanted to do a 30 day Water Fast but it feels impossible at this point. If i have a bit of juice a couple times a week will that derail my weight loss?
