MMS effect on Thyroid and Kidneys

I successfully got rid of an e-coli infection with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , and was very grateful.
However, while I stayed on a mainenance dose ( 2 d Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 2 x a day)I noticed that I was low in energy all day. I then read somewhere that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can interfere with thyroid funcion, so I stopped MMS altogether, since I suffer from an unteractive thyroid. Too bad, because I liked how the 2 d of MMs was able to keep my mouth clean, pink tongue without any coating and any tenderness of gums was gone.
Another problem: I also have had swollen ankles for the past three weeks, they swelled up when I was on a 5 hour air flight. The swelling still lingers. I now wonder if MMS also has a negative effect on the kidneys? I first thought that the swollen ankle/ kidney problem might have been caused by the e-coli infection. But the e-coli infecrtion was gone for at least two weeks before the swollen ankles symptom.
I would appreciate any thoughts, insights, suggestions
