HELP!Leptospirosis-Blood Everywhere!

Hello,

My 8 month old Great Dane has bloody gums and lots of blood in his urine!

The Vet gave him injections and hemostan yesterday.

Hes been bleeding for 3 days now. Yesterday was the worst.
Since day 1 i've given him Colloidal Silver . Between 4 to 8 oz per day.

What else can I give him?

I was thinking of giving him Apple Cider Vinegar. How much?
How about banaba, anyone know about it?

What are his chances of surviving?
Can his damaged kidney still be repaired?
He has blood in his gums, urine but none on his poop.

I didnt notice eyes being jaundiced.
