Re: can't breathe--pulmonologist says its asthma, I think otherwise.

I'm back with more info, in case you are still looking at the threat. My Iodine came back really low and I read that that Iodine can cause the breathing problems. Also, doc thinks I have sleep apnea, which can also cause the breathing and anxiety problems. I was also dianosed with mild reflux, which (wait for it), can also cause breathing problems. The stress I have been under is only making all of these things worse and has taken it's toll on my adrehnals. I will be taking supps. for each of these things, but I can only try one at a time, to make sure I react ok. My naturopath is going to give me a homeopathic for my adrenals, as it will help to balance them out, without having to worry about them being under or overactive. He says that when you have an iodine/thyroid issue, you need to address the adrenals at the same time. I would suggestion having your hormones checked, as well as your adrenal function. Do you snore? Snoring is a sign of apnea.
