you're welcome. Just noticed your post. Things are going very well so far, but it's just to early for me to make the call. I once heard a symptom of toxicity described as a "false sense of well being" that is so true! I do have a few benchmarks of health personally that I use to gauge my health. Everything is moving in the right direction so far.
