interesting you brought this up, months ago I was using niacin with my itraconazole to give me a strong flush and bring the blood to my sinuses since blood flow is very little to that area, I wanted to get larger amounts of the drug there to kill the aspergillus, I felt it was working then kind of got out of the routine of using it, will start again, think that might of had to do with my progress being the best in that first 3 weeks. I will get some niacinamide as soon as possible!! anyone know how much to take for really bad aspergillus and candida?? i'll take the whole damn bottle :)
