Yes my concern as well. Supposedly a dose at 3000mg/day dose is ok, anything more is "potentially" toxic to the liver. Since most of us very likely have sluggish liver function, I would think the threshold is likely lower and caution is advised here, and maybe placing any stress at all on the liver is a bad idea? who knows. I'm going to give it a try at 500mg/day with meals.
