Thank you all for your support and messages. I am new to CZ and so I don't think I set it up to email me when anyone responded! I thought there were no responses until today!

I am going to look into the mediations and other suggestions people reported. Thank God I do not drink Soda and am very vigilant about my diet.

I think I am going to buy the biotuner and try it. I've spent THOUSANDS on bigpharm chemicals that did nothing but hurt me. This is worth a try!
