I do have a stone sitting at the neck, per US.
I did pass chaff!!! I didn't know what it was! but oily and floating is it! Cool!

I did follow the no-fat diet, with lots of apple cider (apples and malic acid).

I am going to mix the apple juice and epson salts next time, the ES is so gross after awhile. Also, the lemon burned my throat, causing heart burn making it very hard to sleep.

My intestines are still churning but no BM's which seems odd to me. I really want to pass this stone. Side is still burning and full feeling, not uncomfortable though.

I read on the Hulda Clark cleanse that after the 4th dose of ES you can take another 1/2 cup (yuck) of OO (Olive-Oil) to get more stones. Any recommendations??
