Its hard to say when you will see stones with the first few flushes. Sometimes stones will come out even before you take the morning ES, other times you may not see results for hours. Some people do not see stones at all for the first few flushes. This is because their gall bladder is stone free and stones formed in the liver have to work their way down. The hot, restless symptoms you described are a good indication that you have released toxins into your system. Even if you don't see a lot of stones at first, it sounds like you are seeing results from your first flush.
