In middle of first flush, no stones yet. Questions.

I am doing my first flush. I didn't take ornithine and wish I would have. I woke up at 2am with anxiety/restlessness, feeling hot, with diareah (yellow/floating, no stones) and very nauseas. I was finally able to fall back asleep at about 4 am and slept til 6 when I took another dose of ES, haven't been able to sleep since. I did have a small BM with nothing in it, though it was green and slimy. My right side is a little tender and having on and off again very light burning/tingling, no pain though. As if something was happening. I fully expected diareah since the ES from last night really gave me a lot of diareah.
Is this "normal"?
When should I expect stones?
