After gallbladder surgery

I am sorry to hear about your problems and subsequent surgery. I wish you speedy healing!

Make sure to read what people without gallbladder supplement with. I think you may need bile salts. Unfortunately, in time you will be plagued with some digestive discomfort like inflammation of the small intestine due to constant dripping of the bile. Do not start taking medication for acid reflux or other nonsense, just keep flushing.

My mother's health declined rapidly after her surgery. She had constant diarrhea because of the intestinal irritation, and couldn't absorb her food anymore. The complications lead to colon cancer.

I don't want to scare you, I just want you to be prepared and prevent these problems. Doctors don't connect the dots between illnesses, they think each one came on its own.

All the best to you in your recovery.
