Verification Please Spud

Spud, since you have solar power, you should be able to answer this question. I've read all kind of stories like this and have read a lot of other stories saying that little solar panel would take weeks to charge one deep cell battery. The people saying it would take weeks are the people who use solar panels, so I lean their way. I know these little panels would be good for charging AA, AAA, D and 9 volt batteries. I have a couple for that purpose, because they only put out milli-amps.
