Thank you. That is exactly what I think we need to do, but my wife is totally not for the tough love bit. She says that she will do that but then she pampers her and does not want her to leave the house.

I will have to put my foot down. I am planning to pay for her to see some specialists to check her liver, pancreas and thyroid function, but she has to be willing to do that.

I will keep my journal here so it helps others, besides helping me.

I thank you from bottom of my heart to post your experience here, which is so identical to mine, that helped me a lot.
