i figured i am probably not mag deficient at this point (have been supplementing quite a lot for 1 year and a half...i was extremely deficient) but i still have a feeling that having more magnesium in circulation is good for me... may be i got so used to eat 2-3 grams of mag everyday that i miss it somehow.
also, interesting to note that every time i take my magnesium chloride solution and dowse if its good for me, i get a strong yes... haven't got a clear answer yet that it feeds bad critters in my body (through dowsing, that is)
