This was my first thought as well (not "referred pain" as i had never heard of this before, but quite the same idea.. that somehow my neck pain had everything to do with the ulcers and their healing...)

ill see if it goes away by continuing to heal my gut...

...indeed pain seems to be located more on the right side, however i thought my problem was in my small intestines, not in my gallbladder/liver !
