Thanks so much, Rockstar! I really needed to hear the bit about the post-fast lifestyle. I am hoping to have enough extra saved up by the end to buy a juicer.

It was also encouraging to hear that I'm not the only one to fall off the boat for a few months - what a relief! So glad that it's gotten easier for you.

I will have to look into the Conscious Eating book! Right now I have about half of the local library checked out, so I'd better start burning through it ;)
