If it can be reached with Cayenne frqs it should just be one day...this is why I liked the Cool Cayenne it allowed the Cayenne to stay bonded to the guar gum for most of the travel inside the intestine.

You can't get Solaray here, they defied Customs Canada and shipped without French labels so they can no longer sell here.
But nothing stops you from buying any of the water soluble fiber products with guar gum and binding your own Cayenne juice...

Note: May not be needed now with the inclusion of ulcers with Cayenne frq but it is an option...
