Cayenne does so many things it takes an entire forum to discuss. But in case of ulcers like that the lower HU like 60-90k is best. For heart issues up to 250k HU seems to work best.

We already had this in the Doctrine just forgot to tie it to ulcers, that is done now so things should be hit as soon as visible from the Doctrine.
