I would suggest taking a cleansing enema as soon as possible. You can use 1 teaspoon of salt for each pint of water, or 1 teaspoon plus 1 tablespoon for a full 2 quart enema bag.

The water should be a few degrees above body temperature, preferably 103 F at preparation time.

This will provide quick relief.
