Do the Salt Water Flush on an empty stomach and it should work. Don't worry about the extra Sodium, Salt is good for you, contrary to what we've been taught by the Mainstream. The bloat will go away. If you're that worried about it take some extra Potassium to balance out the Salt.

Just try again on an empty stomach, and don't be afraid to even add a pinch too much. That's what I always do (empty stomach of course) and it works fast.
