Good Morning Happy Fasters!
Just dropping by to let you all know I am alive and well during hurricane season South of the Border, on day 14 of my seasonal cleanse. Since achieving my initial goal of clean, pink intestines five years ago (which only took four years of intenstive effort)I continue to keep at it, as I say, seasonally.
I feel fantastic, though I can see by the production of this
Master-Cleanse that I am up for a liver flush, which I kinda knew.
Liver Flush is one of those things we love to hate, but like the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) there is no substitute. It has truly been a miracle in my life, and I'll grin and bear the "Greek milkshake" deal.
Out of my long and varied cleansing experience the only one I can truly swear is tasty is Chelating Cilantro Pesto. People have had heavy metals tested before and after, and swear it truly chelates. I love it on fresh tomato slices or poached chicken breast, on toast... or right from the spoon:
1 large bunch cilantro, cleaned
1/2 c. raw Brazil nuts or almonds
olive oil to process
pinch of
Sea Salt
Whizzzzzz until pestoed and store in a glass jar with a layer of olive oil on top to keep 'er green. YUMMMMMM
