In regard to taking thyroid sublingually, I didn't mean the new Armour because I realize the new formulation doesn't dissolve well. I used the term "Armour" in a general sense. The main point to consider is where the binding occurs because it determines "meal distance."
Here's some food for thought. If there is no binding in the bloodstream between calcium/iron and thyroid, why wait 30 minutes to eat after taking "Armour" sublingually? One could merely wait 5 minutes after it's absorbed to ensure that every last mcg. has been absorbed by the mucous membranes of the mouth then immediately proceed to eat. Right?
