No, I meant if you swallow the armour. It's pretty hard to do sublingually with the new forumlation taking out the lactose and adding more cellulose. That's why they tell you to take it a couple of hours apart, probably to be on the safe side with digestion. Two hours is probably a bit on the generous side, I don't really know though. By taking the thyroid meds sublingually, you bypass digestion so anything you eat doesn't affect the thyroid meds going thru the bloodstream. I suppose if you took calcium sublingually along with thyroid meds, that would cause problems too. But, I don't know if you could even take enough calcium sublingually to affect it.
Taking the thyroid meds sublingually, you feel the effects pretty quickly.
