Re: Which is the diuretic, Dandelion or Dandelion Root, for oedema?
I'll have to look this up "re-feeding syndrome s called hypophosphatemia", but it was like temporary insanity.
I've been looking over documents on Oedema, not a lot because I'm counting sodium intakes on foods.
I'm still looking for the answer to the Dandelion question.
I don't know how long the herb will stay in my body so I have to continue dieting. I think I will do that anyway to knock off more weight. Exercise.
Sure I wanted to continue the fast but not at one/half a pound a day for 90 days. My record was 43 days.
I'm dieting now only eating much less than what I usually consume.
For instance, I had one soft boiled egg, one slice of bacon, and one slices of rye toast lightly with butter, a cup of coffee black, and a large 8oz. pineapple juice with 8oz. ice in a 16oz. Styrofoam cup. Lunch was wheat bread sandwhich, mustard, one thin slice of provolone, one thin slice of genoa salami, one thin slice of ham.
Normally, I have fruit, oatmeal, blueberries or peaches and cream for breakfast and when I pack a lunch for work like Sunday night, I had a peeled orange, 2 peaches, 50 grams of roasted soybeans w/o salt, thinly coated peanut butter and strawberry preserves on wheat bread, and 16oz. of orange juice. I could not drink orange juice for the past 2 years.
But I noticed it is very high in potassium.
