hey

this whole idea of the inhibiting power of the omega 3 that somehow blocks out the omega 6 has really got my attention, thanks to you. Whats interesting is that as Im looking back to the times when i tried borage oil, I now realize that it was mixed with flaxseed oil and at that time I didnt think anything of it. Also, when I tried evening primrose oil couple months ago, I was still taking fish oil(lots of it). So couple nights ago, I stopped taking the fish oils and Im taking about 3000mg of evening primrose oil disbursed throughout the day. Also, I've been researching about the foods, oils, and products that contain omega 3 and I've been trying to protect myself from it. If you dont mind I'd like to share with you my current diet and maybe you have different information regarding the foods that ive been eating. My diet is mostly fruits such as mangos, papaya, grapes, oranges, grapefruits, lemons. Vegetables include leeks, carrots, beets, asparagus, celery, avocado, cucumber. Also, Ive been eating almonds and cashew. For oil, I mainly use virgin olive oil and sometimes sunflower and sesame.
All the previously mentioned are okay right?
what about coconut/pineapple juice? I was also unsure about the almond and cashew nuts.(it saids on the label "manufactured in a facility that uses milk, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts) I also eat white basmati rice and wild rice. And lastly, what about wheat/oat bread. I didnt see anything in the ingredients that popped out.
also, regarding the evening primrose oil..it saids herbal supplement standarized herbal extract and in the ingredients it saids evening primrose oil, gelatin and glycerin.

sorry for all the specific details and many questions... I really appreciate your help and concern from the bottom of my heart
