Sugar eater for about 25-30 years, I still like anything that is burnt. On rare occasion, I will make a tuna melt, but it has to be literally burnt, in order for me to like the taste.
Makes me wonder if my body was subconsciously attempting to get my attention, all along! I have become a firm fan of activated charcoal, and am passing the word along!
Oh, my husband? I don't think he is quite willing to alter his diet as dramatically as is needed, to get his cholestrol and triglycerides levels under control, but he is listening.
