I'm well aware of what Matt Simmons had to say, but thanks for posting anyway.

There is no indication that his death was premature in anyway. This is a misleading statement, based on speculation, not evidence.

There doesn't seem to be any confusion at all from the coroner/medical examiner, and others directly associated with discovering the cause and manner of death. Again this is speculation. There is no evidence to suggest he was assassinated by anyone.

I also do not consider the 'Examiner' a credible source of information.
