What is not the point?

The question was, where in that senate bill does it criminilaze having a home garden? Anything deviating from this is not the point.

My point is to not spread around unsubstantiated propaganda that get's people riled up all over ficticious statments.

If anyone can find the exact text in that senate bill that states it will be illegal "to Grow, Share, Trade or Sell Homegrown Food." Then I will stand corrected and jump on the same bandwagon.
