Thats not the point. The point is to criminalize everyone possible for reasons of control. Then when they need to put the screws to you, they have so many laws you have "broken" you will crumble. Its just the same old fear/control game, ramped up to the backyards of everyone.

After November of this year, a lot more people are gonna be fearful.
