Seems you might need to buy his book if you want to do that cleanse, I'd give you the instructions but have loaned my book out to a friend.

I also recently heard of one called the Coke and Asparagus kidney flush (not mentioned on curezone), it is supposed to work very well but I haven't been able to find detailed instructions yet. You could also try the chanca piedra from Raintree.com, it's very good at dissolving kidney stones as well as gallstones.
