Reminder to kidney cleanse while liver flushing

I just wanted to remind people to do a periodic kidney cleanse. I had found for myself after about the fourth flush, that the Epsom Salts didn't do their thing anymore. I learned recently that the ES puts a big burden on the kidneys and that the kidneys and not the bowel, is the primary route of ES excetion and ES should not be used with persons with kidney disease. I'm sure everytime we flush, some junk goes via the kidneys and as keen as we are to keep on flushing we could do ourselves a real favour by stopping to do a kidney cleanse periodically. Andreas recommends one after each four liver flushes.
