Yes Julia Child's flushes are without ES they work too, a lot of people do it without ES, but people with calcified stones who are trying to get 24 mm stone throug a 6 mm duct prefer to stick with the ES. Some people do Julia's flush but add the ES at night.

Andreas does not say it hurts the kidneys. But it might be the proces of cleaning that leaves things in the kidneys, that is not what he says, but I assume the first letter writer meant that. Correct me if I am wrong.

coincidentally, i also recently tried apple juice flush for the first time.... it was my 8th flush, and since i didn't get an overwhelming result (though respectable) with the 7th flush i tried to go the no Epsom Salt route , cos i read someone say on curezone that they got more stones via apple juice than via epsom salt... and boy WERE THEY RIGHT especially in my case.... !!

even though Epsom Salt flush has always been effective for me (on my first flush i passed a one inch stone,and all the subsequent flushes have produced numerous large stones) i must say that the apple juice flush produced the most amazing result thus far!! i mean i was staring at the bowl with my mouth open in shock... there were about a dozen really large stones and 100's of smaller ones.... considering it's my 8th flush, it was all the more amazing...

anyway, i guess it really stirred up a lot of toxins cos now i'm going through one of the toughest healing crisis i ever had !!!a nasty head cold/ stuffy nose... coughing... temperature, the whole nine yards!! ... yesterday i was feeling SUPER WEAK i could hardly move.... :_( feeling a bit better today.... it's really a powerful flush....!!
