I think the infrared sauna's are better, specifically the Therasauna. (It's like $3200). There are specific wavelengths of infrared which are ideal, but sweating anyway you can is good for you. I have a sauna in my building and it's just the normal type. Dr McCombs recommends that if you can't get to a sauna to use hot baths with bath salts and even that will work, although it will take longer.
